Mid-Level Business Analyst

Contract Performance Period : January 17, 2025 - December 31, 2025
Job Location : Washington, DC (A minimum of 1 to 2 days per week Onsite support required, unless otherwise directed.
Direct Hire : Hourly- Contractual through 31/12/2025
Pay Range : Depending on Experience
Travel Requirements : Hybrid/On-site at Washington, DC location (unless directed otherwise), with a minimum of 1 to 2 days per week on-site support.
Working Remotely : Hybrid/On-site at Washington, DC location (unless directed otherwise), with a minimum of 1 to 2 days per week on-site support.

Project Description :
Seeking a Mid-Level Business Analyst or Product Manager to join our technical team with experience executing the requirements for management process according to software development lifecycles (SDLCs) in an Agile environment. Period of Performance: As soon as possible after 01/17/2925 to 12/31/2025. There may be a possibility for extension. Location of Performance: Washington, DC, with a minimum of 1 to 2 days per week on-site support, unless otherwise directed.

Qualification Requirements :
At least 7 years' experience working as a Product Manager or Business analyst. At least seven years’ experience executing the requirements management process according to software development lifecycles (SDLCs) in an Agile environment, with strong experience working with technical teams. At least seven years’ experience contributing to business process review efforts, including evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas for improvement. Ability to effectively conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Experience developing roadmaps, reports and drive regular and effective communication of project progress. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Exceptional requirements elicitation and facilitation skills. ** US citizenship is required **

Skills Requirements :
Proficient using Office 365, SharePoint Online, SharePoint, and Visio. • Understanding of Federal Information Security regulations, standards, and practices such as the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). • Understanding of Information Privacy concepts and best practices. • Understanding of Information Security and Compliance and Privacy concepts related to the handling of sensitive information.

Responsibilities :
The contractor shall: • Effectively conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. • Provide developing roadmaps, reports and drive regular and effective communication of project progress. • Provide excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. • Be able to work in an Agile environment, with strong experience working with and be supportive to technical teams to accomplish the required project goals.
