Personnel Qualifications: Programmer / analyst (P/A) experience. Expertise in established technologies and in emerging technologies as defined by each project.
- Expertise in developing client server and/or web-based applications using one or more web-oriented technologies.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills
- Expertise in analysis and design of systems
- Extensive experience of relational database development or administration
- Extensive experience of a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to document analysis and design and participate in peer reviews
Web Designers
Personnel Qualifications: Expertise in building highly efficient, dynamic, data driven, scalable browser based User Interfaces (UIs) and Rich Internet Applications (RIAs) within the Flash environment and proficiency in using one or more web-development technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in web design/development techniques
- Proficient in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and table-less site markup
- Extensive experience in object-oriented development languages
- Expertise in developing accessible applications/components
