When the cloud isn’t an option

Some data shouldn’t leave the building: personnel files, medical or legal records, contracts, recorded calls, security footage. Other workloads are simply too large to send to a pay-per-call AI service — a backlog of a hundred thousand scanned pages, or years of recorded meetings.

Open-weight AI models have become capable enough to handle much of this work on your own servers. We design, install and run those systems, so you get the benefits of AI without handing your data to anyone.

Why run AI locally

  • Data stays with you

Documents, images and recordings are processed on hardware you control. Nothing is sent to a third-party AI service.

  • Works offline

Local models run in private networks and air-gapped environments where cloud AI isn’t allowed.

  • Predictable cost at volume

For large, repetitive workloads — thousands of pages or hours of audio — you pay for hardware, not per call.

  • Tuned to your work

Choose and configure models for your documents, vocabulary and formats, and keep the same version for as long as you need.

What we build

  • Image recognition

Classify, tag and inspect images; detect objects; read text from photos and scans (OCR) — with results written straight into your systems.

  • Bulk document parsing

Turn large backlogs of PDFs, scans, forms and contracts into structured data: fields, tables, summaries and classifications.

  • Audio & video transcription

Local speech-to-text with Whisper-family models: transcripts, speaker turns, summaries and searchable archives of calls and meetings.

  • Private assistants & search

Chat and question-answering over your own documents, with retrieval (RAG) and embeddings computed on your servers.

  • Review queues

Low-confidence results go to a person to check, so automation speeds up the work without guessing.

  • Connected to your tools

A simple API for your applications, and MCP servers so Claude, ChatGPT or internal agents can use the local models’ results.

The tools we use

We pick the runtime and models per job, and keep them swappable as better open models are released.

  • Ollama

The quickest way to run open models on a server or workstation, with a simple local API.

  • vLLM

High-throughput serving on GPU servers for many users or large batch jobs.

  • llama.cpp

Efficient models on modest hardware, including CPU-only machines.

  • Open models

Open-weight model families such as Llama, Mistral, Qwen and Gemma for text, plus vision and Whisper speech models — chosen per task.

Where it runs

Anywhere you control — sized to the workload rather than to a vendor’s plan.

  • Your own hardware

GPU servers or capable workstations in your office or data center. We size the hardware to the workload.

  • Your private cloud

GPU virtual machines in your own Azure, AWS or Google Cloud account, inside your network boundary.

  • Air-gapped

Fully disconnected environments, with models and updates brought in through your approved process.

How we deliver

  1. Assess

Pick the workload, collect sample documents, images or recordings, and agree what “good” looks like.

  2. Pilot

Test candidate models on your samples and measure accuracy and speed on realistic hardware.

  3. Build

Pipeline, queue, review screen and API, installed on your servers or private cloud.

  4. Run

Monitoring, model updates and support — by us or handed over to your team.
