Not just another chatbot

Most website chatbots are either rigid decision trees or general-purpose AI that answers confidently from the open internet. Neither is good enough when the question is “are there seats left on Saturday?”, “what’s your cancellation policy?” or “can I check in late?”.

The assistants we build are grounded: each answer is drawn from your approved knowledge or from a live lookup in your own systems. When the assistant doesn’t know, it says so and offers a way to reach your team — it never invents prices, availability, hours or policies.

Under your control

Everything the assistant knows goes through review before visitors see it, and every version is kept so you can compare or roll back. You decide which systems it can read, which actions it can take, and which require the customer to confirm.

Conversations are kept only as long as you choose, data is separated per organization, and we use AI services configured so your conversations aren’t used to train their models.

What our assistants can do

  • Grounded answers

Replies come from your approved content and live systems — not from whatever the model happens to remember.

  • Real actions

Check availability, look up an order, book an appointment, route a request — through tools you define and approve.

  • Text and voice

The same assistant on your website, as a full-page chat, behind a QR code or on a hands-free voice call.

  • Multilingual

Detects the visitor’s language and answers in it, without multilingual staff.

  • Handover to people

When a question needs a person, the assistant says so honestly and routes the conversation to the right team.

  • Access control

Open to everyone, recognizing known guests, or invitation-only for members, students or staff.

  • Consent & leads

Collect contact details with recorded consent, and send them to your CRM.

  • Insight

See what people ask, what goes unanswered and which topics are trending.

Where they work

  • Customer service

Answer common questions around the clock and hand the rest to your team with full context.

  • Ticketing & box office

Shows, seats and bookings from your ticketing system, with checkout on your own site.

  • Hospitality

A digital concierge for guests, from pre-arrival questions to late check-out.

  • Appointments

Book, reschedule and remind — connected to your team’s calendars.

  • Members & students

Private assistants that only current members, students or guests can use.

  • Internal help desks

IT, HR and policy questions answered for staff, from your own documentation.

Platform or custom build?

How we deliver

  1. Discover

Agree what the assistant should handle, for whom, and what it must never do.

  2. Teach

Gather and approve the knowledge it answers from: FAQs, policies, product and venue information.

  3. Connect

Wire up the systems it needs — read-only first — in a test environment.

  4. Launch

Embed it on your site and channels, with your branding and voice.

  5. Improve

Review real conversations, fill gaps and add capabilities over time.
