Senior Information Systems Specialist
Required Qualifications : Experience in troubleshooting (i.e. resolving problems with software, hardware, configurations, etc.). Experience with one or more technologies such as :
- PC Tools
- Extra Personal Client
- Windows Desktop Operating Systems usage, settings & assistance
- Symantec Anti-virus, desktop security and internet security
- Microsoft Office applications usage & support
- Scripting (VB Script, perl, PowerShell, and so on)
- Lotus Notes email – desktop support
- BlackBerry – handheld device support for email & corporate features
Experience in at least one ofthe following areas:
- Providing end-user support (including help desk, if required for assigned task) for various software applications
- Applications Development for Client Server and Web-based Systems Providing user and desktop support for email system
- Providing user and desktop support for email system, email client applications, email troubleshooting
- Providing mobile device support (client-side) for connectivity & set up of corporate features i.e. corporate email
- Providing support for workstations and peripherals both from a hardware and software standpoint
