Project Description :
Seeking one Senior Functional Analyst to provide support to the Coupa System, to provide Coupa Analysis to augment the team with a focus in Analytics and reporting. The Contractor will serve as a Configurator as a part of Rapid Agile Product Innovation & Development team. The Contractor will provide support which includes troubleshooting production issues, configurating Coupa application, performing end-to-end testing if integrations, reports and business processes. The contractor supports the Production Coupa environment, future releases, and the development of new solutions and enhancements. ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance shall commence upon Task Order issuance. START DATE: 07/26/2024 END DATE: 12/31/2025, with possibility of extension beyond the anticipated performance period. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Remote with organization’s discretion to request occasional on-site support at client locations in Washington, DC.
Qualification Requirements :
The candidate shall possess the knowledge and skills set forth for a Senior Functional Analyst-Coupa. The candidate shall also demonstrate the below knowledge and experience: •A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related degree in the IT field or equivalent experience. •At least 4 years of experience in full SDLC for all task order applications and technologies. •Strong analytical and development skills in Coupa Analytics •The ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Coupa. •Regression testing of the application and integrations for the upcoming Coupa release. •Workday knowledge a plus. • US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities :
The responsibilities shall include, but is not limited to, the following: •Serve as subject matter expert on design and development of Coupa Analytics reports •Support regression testing of new Coupa releases •Document project deliverables such as requirements specification, design and test results •Design, build, test, deploy, and support systems and processes, while adhering to compliance requirements and best practices in change management •Collaborate with technical and business subject matter experts to analyze process improvement opportunities, reduce process cycle times, and recommend changes to bring the Client in line with industry best practices. •Document process changes, develop training materials, and conduct user training. Ensure all documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately. •Support review, prioritization, and testing of Coupa feature releases before the changes are deployed in production. •Troubleshoot, research, and address system issues and process challenges •Other duties as assigned.
