Project Description :
We are seeking a Senior Applications Developer to work closely with our developers and business clients to migrate SharePoint on-premises sites to SharePoint Online (SPO) cloud. Performance Period: March 3, 2025, through December 31, 2025, may be a possibility to extend. Place of performance: Washington, DC - Hybrid/On-site at designated location, unless directed otherwise, with a minimum of 1 to 2 days per week on-site support.
Qualification Requirements :
The successful candidate is self-motivated, with strong analytical skills, possesses an ability to learn quickly, and thrive within a dynamic environment. • Minimum 7 years of experience in software development • Strong communications skills with a proven ability to communicate at all management levels • Strong organizational and coordination skills • Demonstrated ability to resolve challenging obstacles and complete commitments on time • Detailed-oriented with emphasis on quality of work • **US Citizenship Required**
Skills Requirements :
• Required experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2019 development • Required experience with Sharegate, version 20 • Preferred experience with PowerBI, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate
Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities: • Assess SharePoint site for migration and discuss plans with business client • Use Sharegate to migrate site to the cloud • Verify information has successfully migrated and update inventory
