Qualification Requirements :
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Okta administration experience
- Strong knowledge of SSO protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC
- Experience with Okta Workflows
- Understanding of identity governance and security best practices
- Experience working in highly regulated environments (financial services, healthcare, or government)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Okta Professional Certification preferred
- Experience with REST APIs and scripting (PowerShell, Python) preferred
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and security automation preferred
- Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools preferred
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms preferred
Skills Requirements :
- Okta Identity Platform administration and maintenance
- Application integration with Okta IdP: SAML, OIDC, OAuth
- Configuration and management of authorization servers, API access, and group access
- Building and maintaining authentication and authorization policies
- Implementation of MFA and adaptive authentication rules
- Troubleshooting SSO issues, user access problems, and integration failures
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Systematic problem-solving and analytical approach
Responsibilities :
- Administer and maintain the Okta Identity Platform across the enterprise environment
- Integrate applications with Okta IdP using SAML, OIDC, and OAuth protocols
- Configure and manage authorization servers, API access, and group access controls
- Build and maintain authentication and authorization policies aligned with security best practices
- Implement and manage MFA and adaptive authentication rules
- Troubleshoot and resolve SSO issues, user access problems, and integration failures
- Document configurations, processes, and technical procedures to support knowledge sharing and continuity
- Respond to support requests independently while managing multiple competing priorities
