Project Description :
We are seeking a Workday Functional Analyst to augment an existing team responsible for maintaining and supporting highly visible cloud systems including Workday, Adaptive Planning, and Coupa. The Contractor will provide support including troubleshooting production issues, configuring the Workday Finance application, and performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports, and business processes.
This role will support the production Workday environment, future releases, and the development of new solutions and enhancements.
US Citizenship is required for this position.
Qualification Requirements :
- Demonstrated ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Workday Finance
- Experience with regression testing of applications and integrations for Workday releases
- Experience with Workday integrations (Orchestrate, Studio, EIB, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities :
- Partner with stakeholders to define needs, analyze business processes, and design, test, and implement system solutions
- Configure business processes and functional areas in Workday Finance to meet organizational requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across Workday Finance, integrations, and reports
- Research and develop solutions for integration issues between Workday and Coupa
- Manage biannual Workday updates, analyze feature releases, and implement new functionalities
- Perform end-to-end and regression testing of integrations and business processes
- Document project deliverables including requirements specifications, design documentation, and test results
